To manage bookmarks in Brave, follow these steps:
- Open the Brave browser on your device.
- Click on the three horizontal lines (Hamburger icon) in the top-right corner of the browser window to open the main menu.
- From the menu, select "Bookmarks". A submenu will appear.
- From the submenu, you have several options to manage your bookmarks:
"Bookmark Manager": This option opens a new tab with the bookmark manager where you can view, organize, and edit your bookmarks.
"New Bookmark": This option allows you to bookmark the current page you are on. You can choose the folder to save it in and add a name if needed.
"Show Bookmarks Bar": Toggling this option will show or hide the bookmarks bar at the top for easy access to your bookmarks.
"Bookmark Settings": This option opens settings related to bookmarks, like enabling the bookmarks sync with other devices if you're signed in.
- To organize bookmarks, click on "Bookmark Manager" in the submenu or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+O" (Windows) or "Cmd+Shift+O" (Mac) to open the bookmark manager. Here, you can create new folders, drag and drop bookmarks into folders, rename bookmarks, delete bookmarks, and rearrange them as needed.
- To access your bookmarks without accessing the bookmark manager every time, you can also make use of the bookmarks bar. You can add bookmarks directly to the bar by clicking on the "New Bookmark" option mentioned earlier.
By using these options, you can effectively manage your bookmarks in the Brave browser.
