Yes, you can backup and restore your Brave browser settings and data. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Open Brave browser and click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner to open the menu.
2. Select "Settings" from the menu.
3. Scroll down to the "Advanced" section and click on it.
4. In the "Advanced" section, click on "System".
5. Enable the option "Enable Brave Sync" if it is not enabled already.
6. A pop-up window will appear asking you to sign in with your Brave account.
7. Sign in to your Brave account or create a new account if you don't already have one.
8. Once signed in, you will see a list of items that can be synchronized, including bookmarks, browser history, extensions, passwords, and more.
9. Toggle on the items you want to sync and click on "Sync everything..." to start syncing your data.
10. To restore your settings and data on a new device or after reinstalling Brave, simply sign in to your Brave account on that device and enable the sync feature. Your saved data will be restored to the browser.
