To enable or disable JavaScript in Brave, follow these steps:

1. Launch Brave web browser.
2. Click on the "Brave" menu located at the top-right corner of the window (the three horizontal lines).
3. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
4. In the Settings tab, scroll down and click on "Additional Settings" or "Advanced" (depending on your Brave version).
5. Under the "Privacy and Security" section, click on "Site and Shields Settings".
6. In the Site and Shields Settings, look for the "JavaScript" option. Here you can enable or disable JavaScript by toggling the switch.
7. To enable JavaScript, toggle the switch to the right position. To disable JavaScript, slide the switch to the left position.
8. Close the settings tab.
