To enable or disable the media autoplay policy in Brave, follow these steps:

1. Open the Brave browser.
2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top-right corner of the browser window.
3. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
4. Scroll down and click on "Additional Settings".
5. Scroll down again and click on "Privacy and security".
6. In the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Site settings".
7. In the next page, scroll down and click on "Media autoplay".
8. To enable autoplay for media, toggle the switch to the right (it will turn blue).
9. To disable autoplay for media, toggle the switch to the left (it will turn gray).
