To enable or disable Flash Player in Google Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the browser window and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on the Advanced option.
  4. Under the Privacy and Security section, click on Content settings.
  5. Click on Flash.
  6. To enable Flash Player, turn on the toggle switch next to "Ask first (recommended)" or "Allow sites to run Flash" option.
  7. To disable Flash Player, turn off the toggle switch next to "Ask first (recommended)" or "Allow sites to run Flash" option.

Note: Google Chrome will be phasing out Flash support by the end of 2020, therefore, it's recommended to use other alternatives such as HTML5.
