What is the Firefox Relay feature and how does it work?

Firefox Relay is a feature provided by Mozilla Firefox that helps protect your email address and personal information while signing up for online services or subscriptions. It provides a temporary email address that you can use instead of your real email address.

When you want to sign up for a service, Firefox Relay generates a unique and random email address for that specific service. Any emails sent to that address are then forwarded to your actual email inbox, keeping your personal email address private. If you start receiving spam or unwanted emails from a specific service, you can easily disable or delete the relayed email address, cutting off any further communication from that service.
