Here's how you can find backlinks using Semrush:
- Log in to your Semrush account.
- On the main dashboard, click on the "Backlink Analytics" tab in the left sidebar.
- Select "Backlinks" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Backlinks" section, enter the domain or URL of the website you want to analyze in the search bar and click on the "Search" button.
- Semrush will display all the backlinks pointing to the entered domain or URL. You will see details such as the referring page, anchor text, authority score, and more.
To refine your backlink analysis, you can use the following filters on the left sidebar:
- Referring Domains: Filter the backlinks based on the number of unique referring domains.
- Backlink Types: Choose to view specific types of backlinks, such as text, image, form, frame, or redirect links.
- DoFollow/NoFollow: Filter backlinks based on DoFollow or NoFollow attributes.
- Anchor Text: Find backlinks that use specific anchor text.
- Target URL: Filter backlinks pointing to a specific URL on the analyzed website.
- Filtered Links: Add custom filters to narrow down your search.
You can also sort the backlinks based on various metrics, such as:
- Authority Score: Sort backlinks by domain authority.
- Linked Domains: Sort backlinks based on the number of linked domains.
- Linked IPs: Sort backlinks based on the number of linked IPs.
- Page Score: Sort backlinks by page authority.
To export the backlink data, click on the "Export" button at the top right corner of the page and choose the desired format (CSV, XLSX, or PDF).
