How to fulfill orders on Shopify?

To fulfill orders on Shopify, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. From the Shopify admin menu, click on "Orders".
  3. In the Orders section, you will see a list of all the orders placed by customers. Click on the order you want to fulfill.
  4. Review the order details, including the items, shipping address, and any special instructions from the customer.
  5. Use the information provided to package the items for shipping. Ensure the items are well protected and include any necessary packing slips or invoices.
  6. Once the order is ready to be shipped, go back to the order details page in the Shopify admin.
  7. Click on the "Mark as fulfilled" button, located at the top right corner of the order details page.
  8. After marking the order as fulfilled, you can choose to notify the customer about the fulfillment. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
  9. If you want to add tracking information, click on the "Add tracking number" button and enter the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
  10. Save your changes, and Shopify will update the order status as "Fulfilled". The customer will receive a notification (if enabled) with the tracking information.


Note: If you are using a dropshipping service, you may have a different fulfillment process. In that case, you would need to coordinate with your dropshipping supplier to fulfill the orders on your behalf.
