To fulfill orders on Shopify, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
- From the Shopify admin menu, click on "Orders".
- In the Orders section, you will see a list of all the orders placed by customers. Click on the order you want to fulfill.
- Review the order details, including the items, shipping address, and any special instructions from the customer.
- Use the information provided to package the items for shipping. Ensure the items are well protected and include any necessary packing slips or invoices.
- Once the order is ready to be shipped, go back to the order details page in the Shopify admin.
- Click on the "Mark as fulfilled" button, located at the top right corner of the order details page.
- After marking the order as fulfilled, you can choose to notify the customer about the fulfillment. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
- If you want to add tracking information, click on the "Add tracking number" button and enter the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
- Save your changes, and Shopify will update the order status as "Fulfilled". The customer will receive a notification (if enabled) with the tracking information.
Note: If you are using a dropshipping service, you may have a different fulfillment process. In that case, you would need to coordinate with your dropshipping supplier to fulfill the orders on your behalf.
