To set up email notifications for WooCommerce orders, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings.
- Click on the "Emails" tab.
- You will see a list of available email notifications for different order statuses. Click on each email notification to customize its settings or enable/disable it.
- For each email notification, you can configure the recipient, subject, and content. You can also use placeholders to include dynamic information like the customer's name, order number, or product details.
- Once you have customized the email notification settings, click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page.
- Repeat the above steps for any other email notifications you want to set up.
That's it! Now when customers place orders on your WooCommerce store, you and/or the configured recipients will receive email notifications based on the order statuses you have enabled.
Note: Make sure you have set up your store's general email settings correctly to ensure that the emails are being sent from a valid email address. You can find these settings under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → Email Options.
