To enable or disable the session restore feature in Firefox, follow the steps below:

3. From the dropdown menu, select "Options". This will open the Firefox Options page.
4. In the left sidebar of the Options page, click on "General".
5. Under the "Startup" section, you will see "Restore previous session" with a dropdown menu next to it.
6. To enable the session restore feature, select "Restore previous session" from the dropdown menu.
7. To disable the session restore feature and start with a blank page each time, choose "Start with a blank page" from the dropdown menu.
