To connect Google Search Console to your Wix site, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Google Search Console: Go to the Google Search Console website and sign in with your Google account.
  2. Add a Property: Click on "Add Property" and enter the full URL of your Wix site. Make sure to include the appropriate protocol (http:// or https://).
  3. Choose the Verification Method: You'll be prompted to verify that you own the site. Choose the HTML tag verification method.
  4. Copy the HTML Verification Code: Copy the meta tag provided by Google. It should look something like this:
  5. Open Your Wix Editor: Log in to your Wix account and open the Editor for your site.
  6. Go to SEO Settings: In the left menu of the Wix Editor, click on "Settings". Navigate to "SEO (Google)" from the dropdown menu.
  7. Add Custom Meta Tags: In the SEO Settings, click on "Advanced SEO Settings" and then "Add new meta tag". Paste the meta tag you copied from Google Search Console into the custom meta tags section.
  8. Save and Publish: Save the changes and publish your site to ensure the meta tag is applied.
  9. Verify on Google Search Console: Go back to Google Search Console and click "Verify" to confirm that you have successfully integrated your Wix site.

If everything is set up correctly, Google should confirm the verification, and you'll now have your Wix site connected to Google Search Console. This provides access to useful tools and insights to monitor your site's performance and presence in Google search results.
