To delete a cached page in Google, you can follow these steps:

  1. Search for the page you want to remove from Google's cache.
  2. Click on the "Tools" button and select "Cached pages".
  3. Click on the "Remove cache" button next to the URL.

Note that removing the cache might take some time, and it might not be immediately visible in search results.

To refresh the cache, you can visit the page and then re-cache it by visiting the URL with the "cache:" operator, like this: "cache:https://www.example.com". Then, click on the "Cache" button to see if the page has been updated.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps to delete and refresh Google's cached pages:

  1. Go to Google's Remove Outdated Content tool page (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals).
  2. Click on the "Create a new request" button.
  3. Enter the URL of the page you want to remove or update in the provided field.
  4. Click on the "Request removal" button.
  5. Follow any additional instructions provided by Google.

Note that Google may take some time to process your request and update its cache. Additionally, keep in mind that you can only remove or update pages that you control. If the page is not under your control, you will need to contact the website's owner and ask them to update or remove the content.
