To set page-level variables in Adobe DTM, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Adobe DTM account and navigate to the desired property.
  2. Click on the "Rules" tab in the top navigation bar.
  3. Click on the rule you want to set the page-level variables for, or create a new rule by clicking the "Create Rule" button.
  4. In the rule configuration panel, scroll down to the "Core" section.
  5. In the "Core - Set Data Values" section, click on the "Add Action" button to add a new action.
  6. Select the action type "Set Data Values" from the dropdown menu.
  7. In the "Set Data Values" section, click on the "Add Data Element" button to add a new data element.
  8. Give the data element a name and select the appropriate data element type (e.g., Custom Script, Data Layer Variable, Context Data Variable).
  9. Set the value of the data element by using JavaScript code, referring to other data elements, or selecting a predefined value from the dropdown menus.
  10. Save the rule configuration.
  11. Publish the changes to the desired environment (e.g., development, staging, production) by clicking the "Publish" button in the top right corner.

By following these steps, you can successfully set page-level variables in Adobe DTM.
