To change the page name using Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), you can follow these steps:

1. Login to the Adobe DTM interface.
2. Click on "Rules" from the top navigation menu.
3. Click on "Page Bottom" from the left-side navigation menu.
4. Click on the "+ Rule" button to create a new rule.
5. Give your rule a meaningful name for identification purposes.
6. In the "Conditions" section, select the appropriate conditions to trigger the rule. This could be based on specific URLs or other criteria.
7. In the "Actions" section, click on the "+ Action" button.
8. Select "Set Data Values" from the drop-down menu.
9. Click on the "+ Add Data Element" button.
10. Select "Page Name" as the data element name.
11. In the "Value" field, enter the desired new page name.
