To enable or disable the automatic HTTPS upgrading feature in Google Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. In the address bar, type "chrome://flags" and press Enter.
  3. In the Chrome Experiments page that opens, you will see a search bar at the top. Type "Automatic HTTPS" in the search bar.
  4. Locate the "Automatic HTTPS upgrading" flag in the search results.
  5. From the drop-down menu next to it, select the desired option: Default: Follow Chrome's default behavior. Enabled: Enable automatic HTTPS upgrading. Disabled: Disable automatic HTTPS upgrading.
  6. Once you have made your selection, click the "Relaunch" button at the bottom of the page to restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.

Please note that modifying experimental flags can have unintended consequences and may affect your browsing experience, stability, or security. It is recommended to proceed with caution and only modify flags if you understand the potential risks involved.
