To enable or disable the pop-up blocker in Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window.
3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down and click on "Advanced" at the bottom of the page.
5. Under "Privacy and security," click on "Content settings."
6. Click on "Pop-ups and redirects."
7. To enable the pop-up blocker, ensure the switch next to "Blocked (recommended)" is turned on.
8. To disable the pop-up blocker, ensure the switch next to "Allowed" is turned on.

You can also add specific websites to the "Allow" or "Block" lists by clicking on the respective buttons and entering the website URL.
