To enable or disable smooth scrolling in Firefox, follow these steps:

1. Open Firefox on your computer.
2. Type "about:preferences" in the address bar and press Enter.
3. This will take you to the Firefox Preferences page.
4. Scroll down to the "Browsing" section.
5. In the Browsing section, find the "Use smooth scrolling" checkbox.
