To enable or disable smooth scrolling in Firefox, follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox on your computer.
  2. Type "about:preferences" in the address bar and press Enter.
  3. This will take you to the Firefox Preferences page.
  4. Scroll down to the "Browsing" section.
  5. In the Browsing section, find the "Use smooth scrolling" checkbox.
  6. Check the box to enable smooth scrolling or uncheck it to disable it.
  7. Close the Preferences page.

Once enabled, Firefox will use smooth scrolling when you scroll through web pages. If disabled, scrolling will be a bit more jerky and skip directly to the next position.

Note that the appearance of the Preferences page may vary slightly depending on the version of Firefox you are using.
