To enable or disable the Smooth Scrolling feature in Firefox, follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox and type "about:config" into the address bar and press Enter.
  2. You will see a warning message about changing advanced settings. Click the "Accept the Risk and Continue" button.
  3. In the search bar at the top of the page, type "scroll".
  4. You will see a list of preferences related to scrolling. Look for the preference called "general.smoothScroll".
  5. To enable smooth scrolling, ensure that the value of "general.smoothScroll" is set to "true". If it is already set to "true", then smooth scrolling is already enabled.
  6. To disable smooth scrolling, change the value of "general.smoothScroll" to "false". If it is already set to "false", then smooth scrolling is already disabled.

Once you have made the desired changes, you can close the about:config tab. The Smooth Scrolling feature will now be enabled or disabled in Firefox based on the configuration you have chosen.
