To access direct traffic data in Google Analytics, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Google Analytics account.
- Select the desired website or property for which you want to access the data.
- Once you are in the reporting view, navigate to the "Acquisition" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
- Under the "Acquisition" tab, click on "All Traffic" and then select "Channels".
- On the Channels overview page, you will see a list of different traffic sources. Look for the "Direct" channel, which represents users who directly entered the website URL into their browser or accessed it via a bookmark. Click on the "Direct" channel to access the direct traffic data.
- Once you click on the "Direct" channel, you will be able to see detailed information such as the number of sessions, new users, bounce rate, average session duration, conversion rates, and more for the direct traffic.
You can further customize the data by applying different segments, filters, date ranges, or adding secondary dimensions to gain more insights into your direct traffic.
